There are a large number of people within the general umbrella of
Christianity that depend in some way or another on their works. But
that isn't the topic of discussion. The question is: all other things
being equal, does JW Christology preclude them from being saved?

You're reading this passage through Trinitarian glasses. The word
translated "Lord" is kurios, which has a number of possible meanings.
It doesn't always mean God.
