I was befriended by a married woman(did not know she married when we
first went for coffee) at a time when I was lonely. Her story is that
the husband shows no affection, there is no sex and they are de facto
roommates living together for financial reasons until their daughter is
off to college.
Though lonely and tempted, I have encouraged her all along to reconcile
and give her husband a chance despite some recent rough times.I get
impression she will simply move on to another man who doesn't mind have
a sexual and intimate relationship with a married woman.

God's own prophet does. Recall:
Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked,
says the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should
turn from his way and live? (Eze 18:23 RSVA)
But the "Calvinist God" actually _makes_ the wicked wicked, and therefore causes
his death. But since God has no pleasure in this, this cannot be just.
