- A secret plot
- The cabal to destroy the building was foiled by federal agents.

Do you actually have a *hardcopy* of said version of the NWT? I do, and it
says:
"All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one
thing came into existence. What has come into existence 4 by means of him
was life, and the life was the light of men." John 1:3-4 NWT
Notice that the NWT does NOT 'leave off' the end of verse 3. The
punctuation used is from the manuscript of Westcott and Hort. It is not our
idea. The oldest manuscripts begin a new sentence with "What has come into
existence" and some put it at the beginning of verse 4 instead of the end of
verse 3.
The source of your misinformation has falsely represented the NWT as
omitting something it did *not*, and is therefore a misleading source.

Many people who *do* understand language say it proves no such thing. It
proves Christ as the *agent* of creation, being so privileged as the
"FirstBORN of creation." The "beginning of creation."
If you wish to see some references, I would be glad to provide them. And of
course, it is only fair to actually obtain a copy of a book before
criticizing it. That way, you are not just accepting without question what
others tell you. The 1984 Reference edition w/footnotes gives manuscript
references for the way the text is rendered.
At the very least, check the online NWT at
http://www.watchtower.org/bible/index.htm to see what the text actually says
before accepting what others tell you about it. As you have demonstrated,
taking other people's word for it can be misleading.
Peace to you from a subject of the Prince of Peace.
